We believe in growing and developing our talent from within. Our training strategy is adopted for all levels of our team: from junior positions up to leadership and management roles. We will regularly issue a training plan that will highlight upcoming training and development courses tailored for your individual career development path.

Internships & Apprenticeships

We offer opportunities for talented and motivated young people who aspire to work at Adare Manor through our internship and apprenticeship programmes. Candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in one of Europe’s leading resort hotel.

Manager in Training Graduate Programme

The purpose of our Manager in Training Graduate programme is to develop individuals into managers and leaders within Adare Manor & the wider world of Hospitality. These programmes are designed to focus on each individuals potential growth into management roles and to assist them with becoming future leaders of our dynamic industry. Our Manager in Training programme is an 18-month programme with 4 set rotations for 4 months and the last 2 months is a choice of an area you would like to build experience in. Candidates must have graduated from a course relevant to Hospitality or Tourism.

We partner with both national and international hospitality schools and colleges to offer student placements and graduate opportunities.
