Our first Christmas at Adare Manor

Christmas has come to Adare Manor! This first holiday season since our reopening is going to be truly magical.

Every corner of the estate is brimming with Christmas spirit, inside and out. In the mornings, a dusting of frost can transform the manor grounds into a glittering winter wonderland: that extra sparkle has made for some stunning photo opportunities:

A stroll through the woodlands and gardens puts colour into your cheeks and a spring into your step. The merriment seems to extend to the flora and fauna. A mistle thrush makes a Christmas feast of scarlet berries, and a tubby little robin hops from twig to twig, telling his glad news.

Once the frosty air begins to nip, it is time to make your way back to the Manor House to warm up. As soon as you step inside, Christmas decadence takes over. We have decked the halls, (especially the Great Hall!) with gorgeous garlands and ribbons, twinkling lights, and towering Christmas trees.

Speaking of Christmas Spirit, our mixologist has taken the phrase literally, with a bevy of Christmas beverages inspired by the flavours and favourite treats of the holiday!

For the guests staying with us over Christmas, it will be a few unforgettable days filled with special events, magnificent feasts and quiet moments of peaceful togetherness. But wherever you may be this holiday season, and however you are celebrating, all of us at Adare Manor have a very special wish for you:
