Adare sits on one of Ireland’s most dramatic scenic touring routes, The Wild Atlantic Way, where the magnificent scenery and legendary hospitality of the Irish west coast can be experienced from Donegal to West Cork.

Dublin Airport’s Platinum Suites and Shannon Airport’s VIP facility offer all the luxurious premium services required for an effortless travel experience.
With helipads located here on the estate, helicopter transfers to Adare Manor are a convenient option to help you make the most of your time with us.

Luxury accommodation for groups

Our magnificent newly restored and expanded Manor House has 103 bedrooms available, all perfectly appointed and boasting every modern luxury and convenience, including AC, wifi, and in-room tablet devices. Further two, three, and four bedroom lodges on the resort are also available. Exclusive use of Adare Manor for your group can also be arranged with our dedicated events manager.

Pre-clearance facilities for US Groups

For US groups, note that both Shannon and Dublin airports now offer full pre-clearance facilities to passengers travelling to the USA. This service means that when you’re flying home after a productive and memorable event at Adare Manor, your journey will be easier and faster. By undertaking all immigration, customs and agriculture inspections at Shannon & Dublin prior to departure, you arrive in the USA as a domestic passenger and will have a much faster process through the airport terminals after your flight. All baggage is checked through to your final destination, so if you have a connection you won’t need to pick it up or drop it off. This also means that you can take advantage of shorter connecting times and get home earlier.

Tax relief

Ireland’s preferential Tourism VAT rates of 9% offer substantial savings over other locations, and all rates are inclusive of VAT and breakfast. New Irish legislation also allows VAT reclaims on accommodation for business delegates attending a qualifying conference, whether paid by the business or by the delegates themselves. (Food and drink expenses do not qualify for VAT reclaims.)
A qualifying conference is defined as:

• a conference or meeting in the course or furtherance of business
• organised to cater for 50 or more delegates
• at a venue designed for the purposes of hosting 50 or more delegates.

This allowance applies from the night prior to the date on which the conference starts and ends on the date on which the conference concludes.

• Businesses registered for VAT in Ireland can include this as a deduction in their normal VAT return
• Businesses established in other EU Member States can make a claim to the Irish VAT authorities under the Eighth VAT Directive (79/1072/EEC).
• Businesses established outside of the EU can make a claim to the Irish VAT authorities under the Thirteenth VAT Directive (86/560/EEC).

The VAT refund can only be claimed on receipt of a valid VAT invoice as well as details in writing of the qualifying conference supplied by the organiser. To reclaim VAT, you can download and complete the necessary forms on www.revenue.ie
