The Carriage House is open to residents and non-residents for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, and for breakfast on Friday–Sunday, subject to availability.

The Michelin Plate award-winning Carriage House is a stunning addition to the Adare Manor estate. Here diners will discover an exceptional grill restaurant showcasing the finest in local artisan produce, fresh seafood, and prime Irish dry aged beef, a glamorous cocktail bar and lounge, as well as a spacious glazed terrace.

On entering, the grand entrance lobby of The Carriage House sets the tone with a soaring ceiling and stone steps which lead up to a distinguished colonnade and rotunda. Every detail of the interior design has been chosen to celebrate the great natural beauty of Adare Manor’s estate and to foster a sense of effortless opulence. As guests proceed through the colonnade to the dramatic rotunda, they are greeted by four arches displaying an impressive curated selection of wine and crowned by an exquisite vaulted ceiling. The rotunda is the central hub for The Carriage House: to the left is the restaurant, to the right is the bar, and straight ahead is the passage to the lounge. In the centre of each of these three vistas, the eye is drawn to a trio of antique chandeliers, each sourced particularly for this spectacular space.
