Delve into the ageing process of wine. Learn the simple rules for successful ageing and discover the ageing timeframes of different wines. Explore the various vessel types used in the ageing process and the impacts these have on the flavour and perception of the wine itself. This tasting will take you on a journey through the decades. We will start with a developing wine and move through various decades until we reach our final wine, which is dated back to the previous century. The tasting of five wines will focus on the ageing process and the evolution of aroma over time.

These are the questions we will look to answer, along with discovering which commune you should gravitate towards in the future based on your palate.
