The Carriage House is open to residents and non-residents for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, subject to availability.
Unwind in an ambiance of relaxed elegance at the magnificently renovated Carriage House. A three minute walk from the manor house and boasting arresting views of the surrounding landscape, The Carriage House has been designed as a dining destination of effortless luxury.
During the day The Carriage House is the perfect place to take a break from a busy schedule of estate activities and enjoy a spot of light lunch. In the evening it becomes a glittering meeting place where guests can linger over a remarkable meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere and then sip a nightcap on the terrace as dusk falls over the estate.

The dress code is smart casual. Long trousers are required for gentlemen, smart jeans and trainers are permitted. We do request that all guests refrain from wearing sportswear, baseball caps and flip flops.
As an exception for those golfing with us, smart golf attire is permitted; including smart golf tops, tailored shorts to the knee, and clean golf shoes.
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome to dine in The Carriage House Restaurant and The Terrace. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult when inside The Carriage House and on the surrounding grounds. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we ask that children remain seated. Last dining reservations for parties with children under the age of 8 is 6pm; children under the age of 8 are asked to depart The Carriage House before 8pm. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Carriage House Bar.

In the spring of 2017, we welcomed the arrival of several beehives to our gardener's nursery. From spring to autumn, the bees roam our estate foraging for nectar and gathering pollen on their back legs. The nectar and pollen they bring back to the hive provides the delicious, textured, comb honey that is served with breakfast in The Gallery. The Pastry Team also incorporate the honey into pralines and chocolate creations that have hypnotised our guests over the years.
Today with ten thriving hives, we proudly stand as a dedicated conservation area in our mission to protect and nurture the Native Irish Honey Bee. Over 20 acres of our grounds have been thoughtfully rewilded, housing native Irish tree species that harmoniously blend with the surrounding environment. Our dedication to conservation continues with the cultivation of over 5824 square meters of vibrant native Irish wildflowers, painting a tapestry of natural beauty throughout our resort.
