Our Resident Head chef is Mark Donohue and his dedicated team have prepared a menu using the very best of local Irish produce, which is complimented by our Sommelier’s recommendations of wine from our extensive cellars. Reservations are available from 6.30p.m until 10.00p.m each evening. This is a non smoking restaurant. Please note that a business casual dress code is maintained in The Oakroom Restaurant & Cocktail Bar after 5.30pm. Jacket & Tie is optional, jeans, tee shirts and runners are not permitted.
